Mölnlycke Mepilex Ag – 12.5×12.5 cm

The Safetac® layer also minimises trauma to the wound bed and surrounding skin during removal, helping to reduce pain for the patient. Mepilex® Ag provides antimicrobial activity within 30 minutes and up to 7 days, inactivating a wide range of wound-relevant microorganisms (in vitro).

Mepilex® Ag may be used on infected wounds as part of a treatment regimen under the supervision of a qualified healthcare professional and can be used under compression bandaging. The dressing can be cut to suit different wound shapes and difficult-to-dress locations.
