Use

Mix 1 ½ full measuring spoon (30-35 g) of protein powder in a shaker or blender with 300-350 ml milk, vegetable-based milk (preferably a naturally sweet rice-, almond-, spelt- or oat-based drink  or sweetened soy drink), fruit juice or a smoothie, and shake for 15 seconds. Drink immediately. Or use it to enrich your protein shakes, breakfast cereal, muesli, bread, pastry or bread crumbs.
